The Penn
Pennsylvania Castle, is an exclusive use property available for private rentals, weddings and corporate hire. The beautifully kept grounds offer seclusion and can be used as a tranquil space for those looking for a relaxing getaway or a stunning backdrop for wedding party’s to enjoy the Clifftops lodges (for larger parties) and additional Clifftop function space.
Clifftops
The latest addition to the Estate is Clifftops, hewn out of the cliffs just below Penn Castle. Five beautifully designed lodges celebrate the local environment and in particular Portland stone, for which the Island is famous for.
Cove Lodge
Cove Lodge offers laidback luxury accommodation with stunning panoramic sea views. Designed to make the most of the dramatic location, with floor to ceiling windows and wrap around decking. Great for hiding away and admiring the view, or for being used as a base to explore the Jurassic Coast.
The Front Rows at the Penn (formerly Cove Park)
New for 2024 we have 20 Holiday Homes situated on the Upper or Lower Cliff edge with spectacular view of the sea. The Front Rows offer a variety of high-quality holiday homes, providing comfortable accommodation for those escaping to the island throughout the year.
The Hayloft Coffee Shop & Bar
The Estate Coffee Shop is open all year with our coffee, pastries, soups and savouries sourced from Dorset producers. Along with our Penn Estate Gin you can purchase everything for takeaway. It is also home to the Penn Creative Collection shop with wonderful seasonal homeware.
Penn Estate Cellar
The Estate’s wine collection is regularly updated and guests can pop into The Hayloft to pick up a bottle or order their favourites by the case to enjoy at home. Given our Australian roots you’ll see special picks from the Southern Hemisphere, along with some organic, coastal and carbon neutral wines.
