Penn Events 2019

Friday 1st March – Sunday 3rd March 2019

We are pleased to announce our next Yoga@ThePenn weekend will be taking place this Spring.

Join us for a weekend of serenity at Pennsylvania Castle under the reassuring guidance of yoga & meditation teacher Sharon George, The Lotus.

Sharon will guide you through various Yoga classes that are Hatha based and include the styles of Gentle Restorative-Power-Ashtanga-Yin and Mindfulness Yoga. All classes offer various options so you feel confident and safe whilst enjoying a yoga practice suited to you, your ability and any goals you may have.

On Saturday 2nd March Sharon will be offering individual Sound Healing sessions, personalised to each guest. Sound Healing is the use of tone and vibration to heal, rebalance and rejuvenate, to create a stillness to connect to source energy within and around us.

All ages and abilities, men and women are welcome. Yoga is a lifelong practice and being part of a retreat like this allows you time to explore how yoga and meditation can provide health benefits and an improved joy of life.
