With the New Year now in full swing, we have been discussing plans to get fit again after enjoying some serious overindulgence during the festive season.
For some it is back to climbing and swimming, for others it is planning to get back on the water or practicing Yoga.
Many of us on the team were introduced to Yoga through the wonderful Sharon George, The Lotus. Sharon works with us at The Penn to provide Yoga weekends, day retreats and sunrise Yoga sessions in the Penn Gardens.
With our latest Yoga@ThePenn being planned as I write, we are looking forward to another rejuvenating weekend of Yoga, mindful meditation and deliciously healthy meals. This year we plan to include Sound Healing as an exciting new addition to the weekend.
The Yoga@ThePenn weekends are one of our favourite events throughout the year, with the Castle’s luxurious backdrop providing a homely relaxed atmosphere.
Our next Yoga@ThePenn will be taking place in early Spring so we will be sharing all information with you very soon!
